Week 17 Day 2 – What Can I Do

I’ve been at this whole fitness and health lark for almost six years and yet I’ve never weighed more, or felt so unfit.

Over the last six years I’ve recorded a lot of data. I’ve got record of ever meal, every step, every exercise and lots more. So many data points and so little understandings of what they mean.

I’ve been looking for connections and patterns. So far the biggest standout is when I blog I lose weight and exercise more. Maybe it’s the honesty, maybe it’s writing it down of maybe it’s simply being accountable to myself. However here I am again posting for the first time in weeks.

There is a great deal of truth in the saying “you can take a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink” and here I am admitting I am both the horse and the leader, I’m just not drinking.
