What? Information do I collect

This site is not open to public registration, however, you can leave comments on most of my content. All fields, except name and message are optional and even here you need not leave your name.

The same is true on the contact form. Only your name and message are required fields, however if you wish a reply an email address is required.

Your contact details, as provided using the feedback page are used only so I am able to contact you directly, should you have requested that.

The other ‘tracking’ information I collect is used to see how my content is used and what the best sites are to publish future content on are for example Twitter, Facebook or the RSS feed.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

However the majority of this information is obscured and your personal information removed before it is stored in any databases.

I have gone to grate length to make NxFifteen comply as close a possible with EU regulations on cookie usage, offering the option to opt out. When enter the site for the first time you will have notices a pop-over explaining each cookie used and its purpose. You are then given the option to opt-out completely or only allow ‘required’ cookies

Disclose? Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. The software used to collect ‘visit’ information is hosted by my self on my own server. I do not make use of Google Analytics or any other 3rd party for this and have no requirement to pass this on to anyone else

I have written NxFifteen to fully support the Do-Not-Track header standard. If your browser sends a DNT header no tracking code is placed on any page you visit, however some cookies may still be required for smooth operation of this site – as above you still have the option to opt-out of these.
