My weight is something I’ve struggled with for years, much like millions of others. I’m not obviously overweight to look at but I’m still about 15kg, or about 30 odd pounds, more than I should be be.

This site isn’t about weigh loss, I want to get myself fitter and healthier. I’m aiming to make a large change in my lifestyle and that’s not an easy thing.

Bellow is a collection of tools I’ve put together. Using my Fitbit tracker and scales to gather information in able to pull it into this site and process and compare it in a way that best works for me.

Having to haul around extra poundage was far too much effort, so he saw to it that he never put it on and he kept himself in trim because doing things with decent muscles was far less effort than trying to achieve things with bags of flab
